The following chapters are from Why Nothing Changes. They were written specifically for individuals and couples. I use the book as a resource and typically give it to couples. It is not meant to be read for insight alone, but to be used alongside the work, returning to sections as they become relevant in your own interactions. The focus is on shifting from looking at your partner to taking ownership of your own actions on a day-to-day basis, particularly in how you engage in conversation. Please read the chapters in order, as each builds on the previous one.
